Our client is a leading law firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Guide individual clients on residency, citizenship, and immigration options in accordance with local laws;
- Prepare and submit applications for residence permits, visas, and work permits, coordinating directly with relevant authorities;
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to personal tax planning, powers of attorney, wills, and asset structuring;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless client service;
- Stay informed on updates and changes in immigration laws, as well as related local and international regulatory developments.
Experience
- Currently in the final year of an LLM program or fully qualified;
- Prior experience in immigration or related fields is advantageous.
Personal Skills
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and focused on achieving results;
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
