Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with the Product team to manage the roadmaps and backlogs for the company’s products, engaging closely with all stakeholders to align with their vision and reflect business goals, strategies, and priorities;
• Act as a key point of contact for product-related projects, addressing issues and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams;
• Define new functional requirements and translate them into actionable stories or requests for the technical teams;
• Assist with quality assurance and the sign-off process for new releases;
• Coordinate changes and new releases with the product teams and stakeholders, ensuring all modifications are well-documented and effectively communicated;
• Proactively identify, communicate, and address potential issues, obstacles, or dependencies that may affect project timelines;
• Conduct application training for new users;
• Provide regular product updates to stakeholders;
• Author and maintain the product’s functional and user manuals;
• Undertake any additional tasks necessary to perform your role efficiently and effectively.

Experience

• Possess a technical background or prior experience in a technical role;
• Proficient in software development and the project lifecycle;
• Familiarity with Project Management tools, particularly Jira;
• Experience in working within an Agile framework;
• Knowledge and experience in Casino, Sportsbook, and/or Digital Marketing will be considered as an asset.
