- Develop and enhance training programs for both new and experienced real estate consultants;
- Lead interactive onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires;
- Offer continuous coaching, workshops, and personalized support to improve skills and performance;
- Work closely with management to assess training requirements and align learning strategies with business objectives;
- Keep up to date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain training relevance;
- Assess training impact and make necessary adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or learning & development, ideally within real estate or sales-driven industries;
- Knowledge of real estate practices and regulations is highly advantageous;
- Proficiency in both Maltese and English.
