Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and enhance training programs for both new and experienced real estate consultants;
  • Lead interactive onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires;
  • Offer continuous coaching, workshops, and personalized support to improve skills and performance;
  • Work closely with management to assess training requirements and align learning strategies with business objectives;
  • Keep up to date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain training relevance;
  • Assess training impact and make necessary adjustments to optimize effectiveness.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or learning & development, ideally within real estate or sales-driven industries;
  • Knowledge of real estate practices and regulations is highly advantageous;
  • Proficiency in both Maltese and English.
