- Welcome and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and a friendly approach;
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, logging and tracking each request to ensure timely resolution;
- Address client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring proper follow-up is completed;
- Collect required documentation from clients and follow up to support government rebate applications;
- Provide administrative support to company directors as needed for daily operations;
- Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence and packages;
- Organize and maintain office files, keeping records current and securely stored;
- Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well-organized;
- Perform general office duties and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative support positions;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use;
- Previous experience managing client documentation for government programs or rebate applications is advantageous.
