Company Introduction

Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform daily checks for guest arrivals and departures;
  • Assist and advise international guests via email and phone to ensure a positive and seamless experience;
  • Manage and update our Property Management System (PMS) and other hotel-related platforms, ensuring accuracy of guest and customer records;
  • Review current reservations and monitor incoming payments;
  • Prepare monthly reports on overnight stays and oversee the smooth processing of commissions.

Experience

  • Completed professional training or academic studies in hotel management;
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally at the front office or in group reservations;
  • Confident user of MS Office and experienced with various reservation systems;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; German language skills are highly preferred.
