Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform daily checks for guest arrivals and departures;
- Assist and advise international guests via email and phone to ensure a positive and seamless experience;
- Manage and update our Property Management System (PMS) and other hotel-related platforms, ensuring accuracy of guest and customer records;
- Review current reservations and monitor incoming payments;
- Prepare monthly reports on overnight stays and oversee the smooth processing of commissions.
Experience
- Completed professional training or academic studies in hotel management;
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally at the front office or in group reservations;
- Confident user of MS Office and experienced with various reservation systems;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; German language skills are highly preferred.
