Company Introduction

Our client is an outsourcing company specializing in the management of strategic activities.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the sales team and ensuring targets are achieved;
  • Monitor sellers’ calls and support them in closing deals when needed;
  • Open support tickets when required;
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding overall daily/weekly/monthly sales targets;
  • Review the Daily Report and take appropriate action based on performance results;
  • Review the previous day’s seller performance and assigning daily targets individually;
  • Conduct one-to-one meetings with sellers when needed and handling disciplinary matters related to the previous day;
  • Maintain a motivated and high-performing sales team;
  • Provide daily individual feedback on one representative to the Shift Manager;
  • Take attendance at the beginning of each shift and ensuring attendance is recorded correctly.

Experience

  • Proven experience in leading sales teams;
  • Native or fluent proficiency in spoken Swedish.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
