Company Introduction
Our client is an outsourcing company specializing in the management of strategic activities.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the sales team and ensuring targets are achieved;
- Monitor sellers’ calls and support them in closing deals when needed;
- Open support tickets when required;
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding overall daily/weekly/monthly sales targets;
- Review the Daily Report and take appropriate action based on performance results;
- Review the previous day’s seller performance and assigning daily targets individually;
- Conduct one-to-one meetings with sellers when needed and handling disciplinary matters related to the previous day;
- Maintain a motivated and high-performing sales team;
- Provide daily individual feedback on one representative to the Shift Manager;
- Take attendance at the beginning of each shift and ensuring attendance is recorded correctly.
Experience
- Proven experience in leading sales teams;
- Native or fluent proficiency in spoken Swedish.
