Our client is an established corporate service provider.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support across the organisation;
- Maintain and organise both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date;
- Coordinate conference attendance, training registrations, and related logistical arrangements;
- Handle incoming communications and assist with administrative queries in a professional manner;
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting documentation, and assist with scheduling requirements;
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the efficient running of office processes;
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general document management duties;
- Assist with additional administrative and secretarial tasks as required.
Experience
- An A-Level standard of education;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Maltese.
