Our client is an established corporate service provider.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support across the organisation;
  • Maintain and organise both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date;
  • Coordinate conference attendance, training registrations, and related logistical arrangements;
  • Handle incoming communications and assist with administrative queries in a professional manner;
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting documentation, and assist with scheduling requirements;
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the efficient running of office processes;
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with general document management duties;
  • Assist with additional administrative and secretarial tasks as required.

Experience

  • An A-Level standard of education;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in  English and preferably Maltese.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
