Our client is a company operating within the accounting, audit, tax, and business advisory sector.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services;
  • Prepare and review audit plans, audit work, and related documentation, including the completion of audit reports;
  • Monitor engagement budgets, billing, and project performance, ensuring financial objectives are achieved;
  • Maintain high technical and professional standards throughout all audit assignments;
  • Assess clients' business operations, identify key risks, and provide practical audit recommendations;
  • Provide clients with guidance and support on audit and accounting-related matters;
  • Contribute to the development of solutions that address client needs and enhance service delivery;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to provide added value;
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior audit team members, contributing to their professional development;
  • Work closely with the Audit Manager, Partners, and the wider audit and accounting team to ensure the successful delivery of client engagements.

Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, or currently completing ACCA, ACA, or an equivalent professional qualification;
  • Have 2–4 years of previous external audit experience;
  • Knowledge of GAPSME, IFRS, and International Standards on Auditing (ISA);
  • Experience in audit planning, risk assessment, identifying internal controls, and performing and reviewing audit testing;
  • Experience preparing audit findings and providing recommendations for improvement to clients;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
