Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the marketing department to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives;
  • Coordinate with marketing managers, executives, coordinators, and creative teams across different units to align efforts with broader business objectives;
  • Support the Head of Marketing by ensuring all marketing activities are cohesive and in line with the Group’s overall vision;
  • Work closely with marketing managers and creative teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and initiatives;
  • Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, brand strategies, and promotional activities to maintain high-quality and innovative content;
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure marketing materials are engaging, on-brand, and effectively convey key messages;
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines, brand standards, and project scopes;
  • Assist marketing managers in strategic decision-making by prioritizing projects effectively and ensuring optimal resource allocation;
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between marketing, creative teams, and other departments;
  • Review and approve marketing materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and alignment with audience engagement objectives;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to reach target audiences and drive business growth;
  • Promote a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging fresh ideas and collaborative efforts;
  • Ensure that marketing projects are managed within budget constraints, delivered on schedule, and maintain a high standard of quality;
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, implementing new systems, and ensuring best practices are consistently followed.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a mid-level marketing management role, with expertise in both creative direction and operational execution;
  • A degree in Communications, Visual Arts, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field is preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, from concept to completion;
  • Proven project management skills, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery of marketing initiatives;
  • Additional certifications or specialized training in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Design, Copywriting, Audiovisual Production, or Project Management are considered an asset;
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment;
  • Solid experience in integrated marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on management of daily operations and cross-functional teams;

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, adept at handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
