- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates;
- Cultivate and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their hiring needs and delivering innovative, tailored recruitment solutions that drive their business forward;
- Strategically source top-tier talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, headhunting, networking, and internal systems;
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present a shortlist of high-caliber professionals to clients;
- Maintain precision and accuracy in our CRM system, ensuring all candidate data, interview feedback, and client interactions are meticulously updated and accessible;
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring both parties reach a satisfactory agreement on compensation, benefits, and start dates;
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes, enhancing efficiency and elevating service quality;
- Mentor and empower new recruiters, sharing expertise and guiding them toward success;
- Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities through research, networking, and leveraging existing client relationships;
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices, delivering expert talent acquisition insights to clients;
- Represent the company at events and activities to promote our services, when requested by management.
Experience
- Possess 2-3 years of proven success in recruitment, with a focus on driving outstanding results and exceeding client expectations;
- A deep understanding of best-in-class recruitment practices, market trends, and effective talent sourcing strategies;
- A demonstrated ability to build and manage lasting client relationships and foster a strong professional network.
