Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Define, implement, and oversee the SEO and SEA strategy across all company websites, covering technical, content, and link-building aspects;
  • Perform regular audits to assess performance and uncover areas for improvement;
  • Work closely with developers and copywriters to apply SEO and SEA recommendations effectively;
  • Optimize on-page elements such as site structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for better visibility and ranking;
  • Track and analyze key SEO/SEA metrics including traffic, keyword performance, and conversion rates, and prepare regular performance reports;
  • Keep informed about the latest Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices;
  • Create and maintain automated dashboards to monitor and visualize SEO/SEA KPIs;
  • Collaborate with product, content, technical, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and data-driven digital strategy.

Experience

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in a digital or web agency, preferably with a strong focus on ROI-driven campaigns;
  • Strong expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, as well as SEA strategies;
  • Solid understanding of user experience (UX), website performance, and accessibility best practices;
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager;
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Oncrawl;
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio);
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Personal Skills

  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of French or other languages considered a strong advantage for managing multilingual websites;
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple websites and priorities simultaneously;
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
