Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Request local and foreign quotes;
  • Process purchase orders;
  • Post purchase invoices;
  • Check, label and organise received goods;
  • Communicate and request prices from suppliers and calculate selling prices;
  • Process client orders and issuing invoices;
  • Provide exceptional client support through effective communication and timely follow-ups;
  • Assist technicians with locating items and providing accurate quotations;
  • Create and manage stock cards;
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date stock information;
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels;
  • Handle warranty claims and process related documentation.

Experience

  • Be computer literate and have good use of Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Outlook and Excel);
  • Candidates with a technical background would be considered an asset;
  • Speak fluently English and preferably Maltese.
