Our client provides industrial services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Request local and foreign quotes;
- Process purchase orders;
- Post purchase invoices;
- Check, label and organise received goods;
- Communicate and request prices from suppliers and calculate selling prices;
- Process client orders and issuing invoices;
- Provide exceptional client support through effective communication and timely follow-ups;
- Assist technicians with locating items and providing accurate quotations;
- Create and manage stock cards;
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date stock information;
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels;
- Handle warranty claims and process related documentation.
Experience
- Be computer literate and have good use of Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Outlook and Excel);
- Candidates with a technical background would be considered an asset;
- Speak fluently English and preferably Maltese.
