Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design and implement a proactive content strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals, ensuring a steady stream of engaging and monetizable content throughout the year;
  • Provide a variety of high-quality video and photo services aimed at promoting products and services through innovative advertising and marketing campaigns;
  • Enhance the visual appeal of media materials, ensuring they are captivating and effective;
  • Lead the creation of compelling concepts and mood boards that set the tone for various media projects;
  • Develop storylines, scripts, and storyboards to effectively communicate the intended message and vision of each project;
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and calendar schedules to ensure timely execution of projects;
  • Oversee the execution of proposals and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines;
  • Handle post-production activities including scene splitting and basic sound editing, ensuring high-quality outputs;
  • Utilize lapel microphones for basic audio recording, ensuring clear and professional sound quality;
  • Produce content in various formats and resolutions, catering to different platforms and devices to maximize reach and impact;
  • Conduct professional photography sessions and perform high-quality editing to produce visually appealing images;
  • Write and proofread copy for various media materials, ensuring clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines;
  • Create graphic assets that complement and enhance video and photographic content, contributing to a cohesive visual identity across all media.

Experience

  • Proficiency in video production and post-production software;
  • Experience in creating graphic assets and working with design tools.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
