Our client is a company specialising in health and lifestyle products.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, ensuring quantities and quality standards match purchase orders and delivery documentation;
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements and transactions are properly documented in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Organise and allocate storage locations for products, ensuring goods are stored in a structured and efficient manner;
  • Ensure stock is rotated using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method and that warehouse organisation standards are maintained at all times;
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure physical inventory accurately matches system records;
  • Prepare invoices, pick lists, and supporting documentation for customer orders, including online orders;
  • Coordinate and prepare delivery schedules and routes to support efficient order fulfilment;
  • Carry out picking and packing activities accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are prepared to the required standards;
  • Verify orders prior to dispatch, ensuring correct quantities, quality, and presentation of products;
  • Support the delivery process and assist with customer order verification where required;
  • Process returned goods, ensuring products are correctly recorded and returned to stock and supporting documentation is completed accurately;
  • Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with day-to-day warehouse and administrative activities;
  • Support the smooth operation of the warehouse by following established procedures and maintaining organised working practices;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Experience

  • Hold an O-Level standard in English and Mathematics;
  • Have an ECDL qualification;
  • Good command of the English language, including spoken, written, and comprehension skills;
  • Good computer literacy, including data entry and clerical skills;
  • Previous experience within a warehouse, stores, logistics, inventory, will be considered an asset.
