Viktoria is a young and highly passionate professional with a proven record in the business field and human-orientated companies. She has recently finished reading her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology in Sofia University and relocated to Malta to challenge herself and go beyond – as she always does.
At such a young age, she has already retained 10 years of work experience. From the Hospitality sector to Education and even Freelancing, Viktoria’s exposure to different industries makes her able to work with different people and take decisions, even under pressure.
Viktoria always found passion in writing and has worked as a copywriter and a teacher. In her previous position, as a Manager in an Educational Centre in Bulgaria, she trained and guided team members to maintain high productivity and performance metrics. She applied strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills, while maintaining team efficiency and organise workflows, to meet not only daily, but also monthly and yearly objectives. She successfully raised the performance of the team, and swiftly improved the customer experience.
Experience in various fields has thought Viktoria how to recognise good professionals and has raised her intuition to find the perfect career opportunity and culture fit. Now her next move is to help people find the right place for them to grow. Her mission is to find the perfect job match for both companies and candidates.

Viktoria’s passion not only for human resources, but also for travelling and meeting different people and cultures, has led her to travel and work in the USA, and Serbia, among others. Travelling the world has changed her perception and vision of humanity and society. She loves to socialise, meet new people, and get a better understanding of that person in front of her.
Viktoria believes that whatever you do in life, one should always put the human being above all. Everybody should feel free and appreciated at their workplace, to do great things and change the world!
