Our client is a leading company in banking and payment solutions.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage internal control systems and risk management framework;
  • Maintain the Company's risk register, including holding Risk Control Self-Assessment sessions across departments;
  • Prepare and maintain Business Continuity Plans;
  • Support the statutory and financial reporting activities of the Company;
  • Support employees to strengthen risk awareness and culture;
  • Liaise with other companies in the Group in order to ensure that a robust risk management strategy is applied throughout.

Experience 

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Good knowledge of Maltese and European Payments sectors;
  • Strong organisational abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
  • Being meticulous, attentive to detail and thorough;
  • Ability to liaise with risk and compliance functions across the Group.
