Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide support to existing clients on Windows Server, Azure, Office 365;
  • Perform software and hardware related configuration and installation of server and storage solutions;
  • Research and troubleshoot end-user support issues
  • Compile documentation for implemented systems projects;
  • Provide expert and knowledgeable support services in specific products;

  • Provide expert and knowledgeable support services in specific products.

Experience 

  • Experience in a similar role;
  • A diploma level of education in Computer Science and/or equivalent.

Personal Skills

  • Knowledge of networks and routers – Cisco / Mikrotik / Fortinet;
  • Knowledge of Linux would be considered an asset;
  • Ability to support end users;
  • Basic knowledge in database administrator (SQL / MySql) will be considered an asset;
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative;
  • A flexible and positive attitude towards work, clients and colleagues;
  • Must be located in Malta already and has a driving license;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset;
  • Microsoft certified is considered an asset;
  • Required to be on call basis after office hours.
