Company Introduction
Our client is a company that specializes in the distribution of luxury brands.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and develop a portfolio of new client relationships, acting as the main point of contact between the Company and partner locations from initial engagement onwards;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hotels, retail stores, boutiques, and similar premium environments;
- Visit client locations regularly to ensure products are correctly positioned and aligned with brand standards;
- Support the onboarding of new clients, including coordination of product placement and initial setup;
- Coordinate promotional activities, product updates, and brand initiatives with partner locations;
- Follow up on commercial agreements, payments, and ongoing account matters;
- Work closely with the Distribution Manager to support sales strategy and market expansion;
- Participate in product and brand training to ensure strong product knowledge and confident client presentations;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and follow-ups;
- Ensure products and brands are consistently well presented within the Company’s own retail locations, maintaining the same standards implemented across distribution partner locations.
Experience
- Previous experience in account management, sales, business development, or a client-facing role;
- Experience within luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail sectors is considered an asset;
- Strong understanding of relationship-driven sales and account management;
- Fluent in both Maltese and English; Italian is considered a plus;
- Valid driving licence and access to a car are required.
