- Carry out assigned sections of audit engagements with a growing level of independence and responsibility;
- Prepare accurate and structured audit working papers in accordance with established methodologies and professional standards;
- Review audit information to identify and document any straightforward issues or findings;
- Resolve review comments in a timely manner and incorporate feedback into ongoing work;
- Organise assigned audit tasks effectively to ensure work is completed within agreed engagement deadlines;
- Keep senior team members informed of audit progress, findings and any challenges encountered;
- Assist in delivering audit engagements for clients operating across different industries;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide support to the wider assurance team when required;
- Keep abreast of relevant accounting and auditing standards applicable to assigned work.
Experience
- Previous exposure to audit, accounting or finance will be considered an asset;
- Currently pursuing, or intending to pursue, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.
