Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and review contracts related to aircraft leasing, management, and sale, ensuring legal and commercial protections for clients;
• Manage and represent clients in aviation-related disputes, including contractual issues, and regulatory matters;
• Keep clients informed of legal changes and helping them maintain compliance with Maltese and international aviation laws;
• Build and maintain client relationships, offering strategic guidance and support to meet their aviation-related legal needs;
• Advise clients in respect of corporate, banking, regulatory, finance and transactional matters; 
• Work with international clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance within the Maltese aviation industry.

Experience

• Be a fully warranted lawyer;
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
