Our client offers Corporate Services, Advisory and Tax Solutions in Malta.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Create and evaluate a diverse array of legal documents, contracts, and agreements;
- Provide expert legal guidance on a variety of corporate matters, such as company formation, compliance, and governance;
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to stay updated on changes in Maltese corporate legislation;
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee thorough legal compliance in all business operations;
- Advise clients on the legal risks and implications of their business choices;
- Oversee the maintenance of company records, including the details of directors, shareholders, and beneficial ownership;
- Prepare and submit statutory documents and corporate filings, ensuring compliance with the requirements set by the Malta Business Registry and MFSA;
- Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and legal proceedings as necessary;
- Stay informed about industry developments and contribute to the development of innovative legal strategies.
Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree or specialization in Corporate Law is highly desirable;
- Have a valid warrant that allows for practice as a qualified lawyer in Malta;
- Bring at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Lawyer, ideally within a corporate service provider;
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Maltese corporate laws and regulations.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
