Company Introduction
Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist the preparation and submission of resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry;
- Manage various corporate-related tasks, including changes to corporate structures and the incorporation of new companies for our clients;
- Maintain and update company registers;
- Review and draft contracts and resolutions;
- Open and close bank accounts and maintain regular communication with banks;
- Handle client communications efficiently;
- Ensure all companies comply with current laws and regulations;
- Liaise with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and other relevant authorities;
- Assist with client onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes;
- Perform day-to-day duties essential for the smooth operation of the companies;
- Manage Residency Programmes and Employment Visa Registrations;
- Handle due diligence and KYC documentation and correspondence;
- Keep clients informed about relevant industry developments.
Experience
- A diploma in Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable;
- Familiarity with corporate industry regulations and standards;
- Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
