Company Introduction

Our client is a leading Maltese producer of alcoholic beverages.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the Finance department;
  • Ensure the finance function is streamlined, organized, and efficient;
  • Prepare financial and management reports;
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements;
  • Maintain financial ledgers and overseeing accounting processes;
  • Compile monthly management accounts;
  • Supervise the payroll process;
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.

Experience

  • Possess a MQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' of experience in a similar role;
  • Previous experience with Shireburn will be considered as a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Fluent in both English and Maltese.
