Our client is a leading company which offers yachting services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the strategic and operational direction of the On-Site Energy department across multiple international locations;
  • Manage and develop the department's sales and technical teams, establishing objectives and monitoring performance against agreed KPIs;
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of on-site energy projects, ensuring agreed timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met;
  • Lead technical sales activities, including tenders, proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations;
  • Drive sales performance and support the development of key accounts and major commercial opportunities;
  • Oversee after-sales services, maintenance contracts, and technical support activities;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure departmental activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, Health & Safety requirements, and applicable standards;
  • Prepare and present departmental performance reports covering sales results, KPIs, and project progress to executive management;
  • Oversee departmental digital and communication activities in line with wider business and growth objectives.

Experience

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Systems Engineering, Business Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience, including experience in a senior or departmental leadership position;
  • Proven experience within on-site energy systems, power generation, EPC projects, or industrial engineering environments;
  • Strong technical sales experience, including tendering, proposal development, and contract negotiations;
  • Previous experience managing multidisciplinary teams and monitoring departmental performance through KPIs and structured management processes;
  • A Master's degree or MBA will be considered an asset;
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
