Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide support on corporate, immigration, contract, employment, data protection, compliance, shipping, and regulatory matters;
  • Prepare and review legal and corporate documentation;
  • Assist with immigration cases, including preparing work permit and residency application materials;
  • Ensure company policies are up to date and aligned with legal requirements;
  • Handle client inquiries and offer guidance on legal matters;
  • Keep track of changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks;
  • Represent clients when liaising with relevant authorities;
  • Conduct legal research and deliver comprehensive case analysis;
  • Manage and oversee various legal projects as assigned;
  • Participate in client meetings and offer support to the legal team;
  • Perform administrative tasks related to legal operations as needed.

Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law;
  • Have a solid understanding of legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Personal Skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others;
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
  • Display excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
