Our client is a leading operator in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day marketing activities for a portfolio of hotel and food & beverage brands;
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns in line with approved business objectives, revenue targets, and brand awareness goals;
  • Prepare business cases and marketing initiatives to support the growth and positioning of the assigned brands;
  • Create, manage, and maintain content calendars while developing engaging content and social media strategies across multiple platforms;
  • Coordinate organic and paid marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation;
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, E-Commerce, Administration, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives;
  • Review and approve marketing collateral for both digital and on-site channels across the Company's portfolio;
  • Coordinate social media activities, lead generation campaigns, and monitor campaign performance across all assigned brands;
  • Measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, social media trends, platform algorithms, and design best practices to support innovative marketing strategies.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within a Marketing Management or similar role;
  • Previous marketing experience within the Maltese market;
  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry will be considered an asset;
  • Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously.
