Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and contractor segments;
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry and quotation to negotiation and closing of deals;
- Prepare and submit tenders and project proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness;
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline, providing regular updates on opportunities and forecasts;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals;
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle;
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations and Logistics, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects;
- Communicate product specifications, timelines, and installation details clearly to clients;
- Address and resolve client queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline status;
- Prepare regular sales reports and monitor performance against targets;
- Contribute to pricing strategies and market analysis by identifying trends and competitor activity.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a B2B and/or B2C sales role;
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, or a related industry will be considered an advantage;
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
- Experience managing project-based sales is considered a strong asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Experience using CRM systems will be considered an advantage;
- Full, clean driving licence is required.
