Company Introduction
Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with the preparation and submission of resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry (MBR);
- Handle corporate administration tasks, including company incorporations and changes to corporate structures;
- Maintain company registers and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Draft and review contracts, resolutions, and corporate documentation;
- Manage the opening and closing of client bank accounts, liaising with financial institutions as required;
- Handle client communication and support the day-to-day administration of client entities;
- Assist with client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and ongoing monitoring;
- Support clients with residency programmes and employment visa applications;
- Keep clients informed of relevant regulatory updates and industry developments;
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, including the MBR.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate services or a similar role;
- Good understanding of corporate industry regulations and standards;
- A Diploma in Legal, Finance, or a related field will be considered an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Fluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken.
