Company Introduction

Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with the preparation and submission of resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry (MBR);
  • Handle corporate administration tasks, including company incorporations and changes to corporate structures;
  • Maintain company registers and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Draft and review contracts, resolutions, and corporate documentation;
  • Manage the opening and closing of client bank accounts, liaising with financial institutions as required;
  • Handle client communication and support the day-to-day administration of client entities;
  • Assist with client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and ongoing monitoring;
  • Support clients with residency programmes and employment visa applications;
  • Keep clients informed of relevant regulatory updates and industry developments;
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, including the MBR.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate services or a similar role;
  • Good understanding of corporate industry regulations and standards;
  • A Diploma in Legal, Finance, or a related field will be considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Fluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken.
