Our client is a company focused on secure digital communication systems.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and maintain product and service listings across multiple international markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information;
- Update product titles, descriptions, pricing, categories, and related content across platforms and back-office systems;
- Manage and organise digital assets including logos, banners, visuals, and landing page content;
- Coordinate with technical teams regarding large-scale updates, deployments, and content synchronisation processes;
- Perform quality checks on localised content across different countries and markets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, spelling, and formatting standards are maintained;
- Maintain and update product databases, spreadsheets, and structured data files across multiple systems and markets;
- Track internal content requests and ensure updates are completed within agreed timelines;
- Prepare regular reports on content updates, publication progress, and operational activities;
- Support the continuous improvement of content management processes and operational workflows.
Experience
- Previous experience within content management, catalogue management, product data administration, or a similar role;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including experience handling large datasets and structured files;
- Comfortable working with back-office systems, databases, and content management platforms;
- Experience coordinating content updates across multiple markets or languages will be considered an asset;
- Strong written communication skills in English;
- Familiarity with CSV files, structured product data, or mass upload systems will be considered an advantage.
