Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance, ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest experience;
  • Lead, support, and coordinate spa teams, including managing staff schedules, rotations, and daily operational requirements;
  • Drive spa revenue and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and overall commercial performance;
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, packages, and service offerings to support revenue growth;
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and coordinate spa promotions, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives;
  • Monitor key performance indicators, revenue results, guest feedback, and operational performance, implementing improvements where required;
  • Support, motivate, and develop team members while promoting a positive and professional working environment;
  • Ensure consistent service and operational standards;
  • Monitor costs and support budgeting and financial planning for spa operations;
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners, ensuring appropriate service levels and cost efficiency;
  • Ensure spa procedures are followed and operations comply with applicable health, safety, and hygiene standards;
  • Remain actively involved in daily spa operations and provide hands-on support to the team when required;
  • Keep up to date with spa and wellness trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to introduce new services or improve the customer offering;
  • Report on spa performance, operational matters, and commercial results to senior management.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within spa management, ideally including at least 2 years in a senior position;
  • Previous experience managing spa operations and leading teams within a hospitality, spa, wellness, or similar environment;
  • Proven ability to drive sales, revenue, and commercial performance within a spa environment;
  • Good understanding of pricing strategies, promotions, service development, budgeting, and cost control;
  • Experience managing staff schedules, operational requirements, and service standards;
  • Strong understanding of spa, wellness, and beauty operations;
  • Good financial and analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Fluency in English is required, while additional languages will be considered an asset.
