Originally from Bulgaria, Tsvetelina has always been driven by curiosity, creativity, and a desire to challenge herself. Shortly after graduating, she took the leap and moved to Vienna, embracing the experience of living abroad. Although she later returned to Bulgaria, she soon realised her journey was only just beginning. Looking for a place where different cultures, people, and opportunities come together, she made the bold decision to move to Malta – a country she sees as the perfect international hub to grow both personally and professionally.
With a professional education in Management, Marketing, Economics, and Business Communication, together with experience in sales, Tsvetelina brings strong communication skills and a people-first mindset to recruitment. She is also developing her creative side through graphic design, always looking for fresh perspectives and innovative ways of thinking.
After spending eight years as a synchronised swimmer, discipline became second nature. The sport taught her resilience, commitment, and the confidence to take on challenges-qualities that continue to shape the way she approaches both her career and everyday life.
Alongside her professional journey, Tsvetelina also works as a model, an experience that has strengthened her confidence, adaptability, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Known for her creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box, Tsvetelina thrives in dynamic environments where every day brings something different.
