Our client is a leading tax, audit and advisory firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support ongoing legal matters across corporate, immigration, contractual, employment, data protection, compliance, shipping, and regulatory areas;
  • Draft and review legal and corporate documentation;
  • Assist with immigration procedures, including preparing and compiling documents for work permit and residency applications;
  • Review and update the Company's internal policies;
  • Provide support for client requests that fall within the Legal Team’s scope;
  • Stay updated on developments across various legal fields;
  • Liaise with relevant authorities on behalf of clients as required;
  • Conduct legal research and provide thorough analysis of cases and jurisprudence;
  • Take ownership of projects as they arise and support their execution;
  • Attend client meetings and assist the Legal Team in delivering legal guidance;
  • Carry out administrative tasks and general support as needed.

Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law;
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

Personal Skills

  • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
