Our client is a provider specializing in trust, corporate, and advisory services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial records;
- Assist the finance team with invoice preparation, payment processing, and transaction posting;
- Contribute to the preparation of management reports and assist with month-end closing procedures as needed;
- Organize and maintain financial documentation in line with internal policies and compliance requirements;
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and finance support to the broader team.
Experience
- Prior experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounts administration is essential;
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications; knowledge of Xerox is an asset.
