Company Introduction

Our client is a provider specializing in trust, corporate, and advisory services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial records;
  • Assist the finance team with invoice preparation, payment processing, and transaction posting;
  • Contribute to the preparation of management reports and assist with month-end closing procedures as needed;
  • Organize and maintain financial documentation in line with internal policies and compliance requirements;
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and finance support to the broader team.

Experience

  • Prior experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounts administration is essential;
  • Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications; knowledge of Xerox is an asset.
