Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and manage a team of semi-qualified accountants, providing guidance and support;
  • Plan, allocate, and review team workload to ensure efficiency and accuracy;
  • Ensure high standards of quality control across all accounting deliverables;
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact;
  • Deliver Fractional CFO services, providing financial insights and strategic support to clients.

Experience

  • ACCA qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • CPA warrant or equivalent certification;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management;
  • Experience using Xero software will be considered an advantage;
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
