Company Introduction
Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Create, process, and manage client orders within the ERP system, including order confirmations and accurate project documentation;
- Submit purchase orders to the Purchasing department and follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, lead times, and any discrepancies;
- Coordinate deliveries and collections in collaboration with the Purchasing team, ensuring alignment with site readiness and installation timelines;
- Work closely with after-sales and installation teams to plan schedules, arrange site access, and follow up during installation to ensure seamless execution;
- Serve as the main coordination link between Project Managers, suppliers, logistics, and after-sales teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates;
- Maintain and update order, delivery, and installation trackers, proactively identifying risks or delays and contributing to process improvements.
Experience
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role within fit-out, contracting, joinery, or construction environments;
- Solid working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
