Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with client onboarding processes and the collection of required documentation;
  • Support due diligence and compliance-related procedures in accordance with internal requirements;
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices, receipts, statements, and other documentation;
  • Assist with tax, corporate, and regulatory compliance obligations;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, files, and documentation;
  • Liaise with clients in a professional manner and respond to administrative queries;
  • Support the team with general administrative and client servicing duties as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience within administration, bookkeeping, accounting support, compliance, corporate services, or a similar environment will be considered an asset;
  • Good understanding of administrative processes and document management.
