Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Advise private clients on Maltese residency and citizenship programmes, relocation matters, and immigration pathways;
  • Manage immigration-related applications from initiation through to completion, including residence permits, work permits, visas, and citizenship applications;
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on application progress and regulatory developments;
  • Assist clients with appeal submissions and responses to requests from immigration authorities;
  • Liaise with local authorities and government entities on behalf of clients regarding immigration and related matters;
  • Handle registrations and submissions with relevant authorities and departments;
  • Provide guidance on procedural and regulatory requirements related to licences and permits in Malta;
  • Stay informed on developments in local and international immigration legislation and advise clients accordingly;
  • Support the preparation and delivery of internal training sessions related to immigration updates and compliance matters;
  • Contribute to the preparation of articles, publications, and regulatory updates related to immigration topics;
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless delivery of client services;
  • Support the wider legal and immigration team with additional duties and projects as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience within immigration, legal, compliance, or a related advisory environment;
  • Strong understanding of Maltese residency and citizenship programmes will be considered an asset;
  • Experience handling immigration applications and liaising with regulatory authorities is preferred;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
