Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market and client base;
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients;
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable products based on individual requirements;
  • Present and promote products effectively, clearly communicating features and benefits to clients;
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations where required;
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close sales opportunities;
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups;
  • Support customer retention initiatives by ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and ongoing engagement;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product developments;
  • Provide regular feedback and market insights to management;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance updates within internal systems;
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and KPI updates as required;
  • Use invoicing systems and related software to manage sales administration tasks;
  • Participate in regular meetings with management to review performance, sales strategies, and service improvements;
  • Ensure a professional and client-focused approach at all times when representing the company.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role, preferably within the health, wellness, or nutrition industry;
  • Familiarity with healthy food supplements and nutrition products will be considered an asset;
  • Experience working with invoicing systems, CRM platforms, or related software;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills;
  • ECDL qualification will be considered an asset;
  • O’ Level standard of education, including English and Mathematics;
  • Good command of Maltese and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • A valid driving licence is required.
