- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management;
- Manage emails, scheduling, appointments, and day-to-day coordination;
- Maintain organised records, filing systems, and company documentation;
- Assist with invoice collection and general finance-related administration;
- Support with general administrative tasks and additional duties as required.
Experience
- Previous experience within an administrative, secretary, office support, or similar role;
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Good organisational and administrative skills;
- Familiarity with basic finance administration and invoice handling will be considered an advantage.
