Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management;
  • Manage emails, scheduling, appointments, and day-to-day coordination;
  • Maintain organised records, filing systems, and company documentation;
  • Assist with invoice collection and general finance-related administration;
  • Support with general administrative tasks and additional duties as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience within an administrative, secretary, office support, or similar role;
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Good organisational and administrative skills;
  • Familiarity with basic finance administration and invoice handling will be considered an advantage.
