Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Understand and assess customers' needs, providing a personalised shopping experience;
  • Advise and assist customers, handling customer requests;
  • Provide customers with detailed information regarding products;
  • Handle complaints or forward serious issues to the manager on duty;
  • Conduct customer transactions;
  • Replenish and merchandise the supply of stock on the shelves, and assist with stock takes;
  • Assist with store deliveries and unpacking;
  • Assist the marketing team with promotional materials, displays, and social media content, including but not limited to photos and videos;
  • Keep the store in a clean and immaculate condition at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales; experience in luxury retail will be considered a strong asset;
  • Excellent command of the English language is a must;
  • Smart and professional appearance.
