Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand and assess customers' needs, providing a personalised shopping experience;
- Advise and assist customers, handling customer requests;
- Provide customers with detailed information regarding products;
- Handle complaints or forward serious issues to the manager on duty;
- Conduct customer transactions;
- Replenish and merchandise the supply of stock on the shelves, and assist with stock takes;
- Assist with store deliveries and unpacking;
- Assist the marketing team with promotional materials, displays, and social media content, including but not limited to photos and videos;
- Keep the store in a clean and immaculate condition at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales; experience in luxury retail will be considered a strong asset;
- Excellent command of the English language is a must;
- Smart and professional appearance.
